At P’tula, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your activewear; if your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags into the original mailer or a secure shipping bag of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once inspected.
